Bulletines A of State Service for Time, Frequency and Earth's rotation parameters evaluation (SSTF) are formed in Main Metrological Center(MMC SSTF).
Bulletines A SSTF files are named as:
AWWWW.txt
were WWWW – SSTF week number for which the weekly EOP data (which obtained by processing of astronomical and geodetical measurements results and combination of processing results) are given.
Bulletines A in general has two parts:
- the first part with weekly data which exists in every Bulletine A SSTF;
- the second part with monthly (final) data which published once at month only.
The first (weekly) part of Bulletine A SSTF is created every Thursday and contains EOP values for every day of the last SSTF week (from Tusday to Monday). .
This EOP values are obtained by processing of astronomical and geodetical measurements results and combination of processing results.
The predicted EOP data for the following 7 weeks with weekly step are included also.
The second (monthly) part of Bulletine A SSTF created once per monce at Thursday also is contains EOP values for every day of the last calendar month.
For SSTF Bulletines A evaluation are used navigation measure data on russian regional navigation network cites and russian colocation cites created by IAA (VLBI network QUASAR IAA) as such as combination of processing results of VLBI, GNSS, SLR and DORIS measurements which obtained in Analysis Centers of SSTF (MMC SSTF, IAA RAS, IAC TSNIIMASH and INASAN) from processing russian and IERS geodetic technics sites results of measurements.
The satellite and VLBI data processing results combination are provided every day with the help of software and methods developed by Kaufman M.B. in 2006.
