Bulletines Q SSTF files are named as:
QDOY.YY
where DOY – day of year (if DOY < 100 then, missed positions are filled by zeros from the left) for which the rapid EOP data (which obtained by processing of astronomical and geodetical measurements results and combination of processing results) are given;
YY – two last digits of year number.
For example, Bulletine Q001.14 contains EOP values obtained by processing of astronomical and geodetical measurements results and combination of processing results for 1 January 2014 and predicted EOP values for following 30 days.
The following EOP values are included in rapid (daily) Buulletine Q SSTF:
– values of coordinates xp(SU) and yp(SU) of terrestrial pole in seconds of arc;
– UT1(SU) – UTC values in seconds of time.
Bulletines Q are formed in daily mode not later then 7:00:00 UTC (10:00:00 Moscow time) and contains EOP values obtained by processing of astronomical and geodetical measurements results and combination of processing results for yestoday (more accurately for day before evaluation day).
It containes the predicted EOP values for following 30 days also.
For Bulletines Q evaluation are used navigation measure data on russian regional navigation network cites and russian colocation cites created by IAA (VLBI network QUASAR IAA) as such as combination of processing results of VLBI, GNSS, SLR and DORIS measurements which obtained in Analysis Centers of SSTF (MMC SSTF, IAA RAS, IAC TSNIIMASH and INASAN) from processing russian and IERS geodetic technics sites results of measurements.
The satellite and VLBI processing results combination are provided every day with the help of software and methods developed by Kaufman M.B. in 2006.
09.01.2025
No leap second will be introduced in UTC(SU) at the end of June 2025.
